Your data is protected by design

Growth Wise analyses meeting transcripts to surface coordination patterns. We don’t store your transcripts, we don’t score individuals, and we sign an NDA before you share anything. You set the purge window.

Mutual NDA
Signed before any materials are shared. Both sides are bound.
No transcript storage
Transcripts are used for analysis and then permanently deleted.
Guaranteed purge window
You choose 7–14 days after delivery. We delete everything on schedule.
No individual scoring
We measure meeting‑system patterns, not employee performance.

Outputs are delivered by agreement only. If you want everything purged after the engagement, including deliverables, we do that too.

  • Personal commentary about individuals
  • Time tracking by person

Teams trust findings that focus on the system, not on people. When a diagnostic says “this meeting drifted three times without anyone naming the shift,” nobody gets blamed. The conversation moves to fixing the process, which is where the real leverage sits.

Leaders can share the diagnostic with their team without worrying about backlash. The data describes how the group coordinated, not how individuals performed. That distinction changes whether people engage with the findings or resist them.
