The Diagnostic analyses 5 meetings from one recurring forum (standup, retro, planning, exec sync, etc.) using transcripts you already have. Growth Wise maps coordination patterns across those meetings: where decisions stall, where discussions drift without resolution, where the group’s process doesn’t match what the moment calls for.

If those patterns don’t surface anything actionable, you get a full refund. If you do continue to the pilot, the €3,000 is credited toward the €25,000 pilot fee.
